Lindsay (L) is developing an integrated plan to maximize the value of Goodwill’s furniture donations - through repair, refurbishing and recycling - while minimizing the organization's landfill costs and environmental footprint. Anna (C) drafted a project plan for Goodwill’s long- and short-term facilities needs, a real estate decision-making framework that reflects the organization’s triple bottom line, as well as writing a business plan for the E-Commerce division. Jennifer (R) worked in the Marketing Department, developing a customer and donor engagement plan by analyzing revenue potential for various incentive programs. (Summer 2008)
