Alison Davis
Executive Director
Prior to founding the MNC, Alison worked with students, alumni, and nonprofit organizations as the assistant director of the Public Management Program at Stanford Business School. Earlier in her career she administered an English teaching program in China as an associate director of Volunteers in Asia. She also taught English at an iron and steel institute in China and in public health offices in Indonesia. Her writing and editing experience includes revising two editions of the On-Your-Own Guide to Asia and jobs with community newspapers. Alison is a member of the Leadership Council of The 360 Group. She has an MBA and a BA in human biology from Stanford University and an MPS in communication arts from Cornell University.
Laurie Davis

Laurie has a marketing/PR background in the private sector that includes serving in senior management roles for advertising firms and travel abroad to develop and manage special projects. She has worked in the nonprofit sector for more than a decade as a consultant, serving clients focused on healthcare, children and the environment. Starting with a brief career as a ballet dancer, Laurie has been involved in promoting and enjoying the fine/performing arts. She also loves the outdoors and has worked to address domestic deforestation issues. Laurie has a Master’s in Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco and a BA in English from U.C. Davis.
Mark Lellouch
Packard Environment Fellows Program Consultant
Mark is a business strategy consultant with a passion for nonprofit work and the environment. For the past 15 years, he’s used his consulting skills and management experience to advise nonprofits and environmentally minded companies in the U.S., Brazil and Mexico. After getting his MBA from Stanford, he headed south to Brazil to become the Marketing Director for SPVS, one of the Nature Conservancy’s most successful in-country partners. Mark has worked for several national parks in the U.S. and led water policy and ecotourism initiatives for the Sonoran Institute. He speaks four languages fluently, is a published photographer and an aspiring bossa nova guitarist.
Leslie Linnebur
Associate, Career Jobs Program
Leslie Linnebur is a visual artist with a background in fashion design who works in clay and encaustic. She also crafts theatre and stage designs, and constructs and designs interiors. An avid advocate for the arts for many years, she has served since 2000 as board chair and in a host of other capacities at The Intersection for the Arts, San Francisco’s oldest alternative art space. An active social justice and environmental champion, she has volunteered for non-profit organizations ranging from Amnesty International to The World Wildlife Fund. Leslie holds a BFA from Arizona State University’s Herberber College of the Arts.
Alexis Olian
Finance Manager
Lexi has worked with the MNC since 1995 and currently provides financial management support on a contract basis. The rest of her time she is a financial planner working with The Humphreys Group. She has traveled and worked extensively in Latin America with health education and human rights projects. On domestic soil, she has served in the role of Finance & Administration Director with the Central American Resource Center, Volunteers in Asia, and the Northern California Coalition for Immigrant Rights. She holds a Master's in Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco and a BS in International Agricultural Development from U.C. Davis.
Simeon Tauber
