We provide schools with hundreds of career and summer job opportunities for their students and alumni. We carefully evaluate every position we post to be sure that the opportunity will be a good fit for MBAs - challenging their abilities and leveraging their skills to make a powerful social impact.
For MBAs
We offer a broad range of opportunities to MBAs who want to help nonprofits pursue their missions more effectively. We provide counseling as well as advice on preparing cover letters and resumes for nonprofit job searches.
When the MNC was founded in 1995, many people questioned whether there were roles for MBAs in the nonprofit sector. The MNC has provided an affirmative answer by working with business schools to offer MBAs access to exceptional and meaningful career opportunities. The MNC network of participating schools has grown from three in 1995 to more than 20 today, as increasing numbers of non-profits have actively recruited MBAs to help them strengthen their management and advance their missions.
